Honour It, Then Release It
Letting go does not mean pretending it did not matter. It means letting it matter fully, and then choosing not to live inside it. You can be grateful for a chapter and still turn the page.

You cannot build a new life while gripping the old one. At some point, healing asks you to loosen your hold, trust yourself, and reach for something you cannot yet see. That reach is where your future begins.
